JBA studios lifestyles classes currently have 3 different classes. They are Mat Pilates, bodyArt and Animal Flow. Find out more below and have a trial classes with us now.
Mat Pilates


Ms Jaime Pang is a full equipment certified Polestar Pilates instructor since 2008, and gained her Gyrotonic instructor licence in 2013. She is also a fan of the works of the Franklin method. Over more than a decade of experience of teaching body therapy work, Ms Pang’s clients range from teens with scoliosis to elderly with osteoporosis. She believes in the benefits of movement and breath, which helps to improve freedom of movement in daily activities with more power and less pain.

What to expect:

What's Pilates?
Created by Joseph Pilates, the exercises coordinate movement and breath together to work the smaller and deeper stabilizing muscles of the body as much as your prime movers.
Is being in front of the computer giving you back pain?
Pilates helps with back pain relief, with a series of low impact exercises that creates optimal strength through muscle balance & fine tuning neuromuscular patterns.
What's the attire?
Tights/leggings & a comfortable top.
Try to wear an attire without zips/hooks/buttons at the back as it might be uncomfortable when you lie on it.
With Covid, is it safe to have class?
Our studio takes safety of all students & staff seriously. All teachers, staff & participants wear masks in the studio.
Social distancing measures are enforced.
The studio is mopped and disinfected between each class.
What will should I bring?
-Non-slip yoga mat
-Bath towel to be rolled up to be used as a pillow prop
- Socks (no footwear needed)

Trial class is $25 per class and for one - time use only.

Ms Veron Shen is a one of the licensed bodyART instructor from the pioneer batch of trainers in Singapore.
What's bodyArt?
BodyArt was designed by one of the world’s leading fitness specialists – Robert Steinbacher (Switzerland). Merging therapeutic exercises, strength and flexibility exercises and breathing techniques bodyART helps strengthen and stretch muscles at a time, relieve stress, improve posture, better understand and feel our bodies.
Based on the principles of Chinese medicine, it blends body control and inner energy management techniques. Based on the principles of Yin and Yang, this method is inspired by yoga, Pilates, functional training and tai-chi technique.
It's a mobility class with cardio elements with strength exercises. It's based on Chinese medicine and blends body control & inner energy management techniques.

What's Animal Flow?
Animal Flow is ground based movement, made fun, challenging and effective. This system is designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination for all levels of fitness enthusiasts.
