Meet our founder
Jaime Pang ARAD RTS
Jaime Pang is the founder of J’aime Ballet Academy. Bringing over 18 years of ballet teaching experience to her students, Ms Pang is known for her high-energy classes and empowering teaching style. Ms Pang holds a BA (Hons) in Dance Education from University of Surrey, and was awarded the Iris Truscott scholarship in 2011 for outstanding results. Apart from completing all her RAD grades till Advanced 2, Ms Pang is also a qualified Pilates practitioner in Polestar Pilates (full equipment) & Gyrotonic instructor.
Ms Pang’s strengths lie in her ability to connect with dancers of all levels and bring out their full potential. Her choreography is known for blending technique with emotional expression, and her classes emphasize confidence, body awareness, and artistry. Her students has won medals in numerous ballet competitions, successfully admitted to Singapore Ballet scholar’s programme, Washington Ballet & Dart Dance Company (Berlin).

Ms Crystal Neo
Crystal Neo has over 15 years of teaching experience and is a Registered Teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD). She has recently incorporated the RAD Silver Swans® programme into her teaching, extending the joy of ballet to adult learners.
Committed to continual professional development, Crystal has completed training in Progressive Ballet Technique (PBT) and has attended specialised courses including Training Turn Out in Tiny Dancers, Pointe Intensive, and The Fundamentals under renowned dance specialist Lisa Howell through The Ballet Blog.
Crystal is recognised for her patient, nurturing, and creative teaching approach. She believes strongly in building strong technical foundations through discipline, structured progression, and consistency in training. Her teaching philosophy focuses not only on developing sound ballet technique but also on cultivating confidence, musicality, and artistic expression in every student.
She has taught students ranging from young dancers aged three to adults aged 40 and above. Each year, Crystal prepares her students for the RAD graded and vocational examinations and has extensive experience in performance coaching, guiding dancers to grow both technically and artistically.
Through her teaching, Crystal aims to inspire a lifelong appreciation for ballet while helping each student reach their fullest potential.
Ballet Teacher
Ms Yun
Ms Yun is a fully certified teacher and has experience in teaching and assisting dance from young children to adults for almost 10 years. She has a strong passion for dance and education and is constantly developing herself. She has attended numerous dance teaching courses and masterclasses by various teachers from abroad, and performed in several dance genres including ballet, tap, jazz and contemporary.
Her teaching of dance technique is supplemented with body conditioning, strengthening and Pilates, combining modern dance science and education methods.
Ms Yun believes that dance is for anybody and everybody. She enjoys teaching and wishes to share her knowledge and experiences and make dance accessible to everyone of all ages and abilities.
