WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE ADULT CLASSES?

• Posture: pelvic placement, activation of core unit, lengthening of spine

• Feet positions, alignment & strengthening technique

• Port de bras : carriage of the arms

• Basic transfer of weight

• Eyeline & head placement

• Remembering simple choreography

• Musical phrasing coordinating with movements

• Barre work, centre practice & simple allegro
